Index House is a donation led project, meaning it is the public that funds the development. Upon the completion of Index House, "blocks" purchased will accrue annual returns for your initial investment. These returns can be sent to a charitable project of your choice, giving you control over who gets the money and how it is spent. It also means your annual Zakat obligation is fulfilled each year.

Zakat

Investing with Index House means every year your annual Zakat donation is taken care of, with you in control over what cause you would like to donate to.

£125 per Block

Purchase as many blocks as you like, with a maximum of 40000 available.

15% Annual Return

If you purchased 4 blocks at £2000, your annual return would be up to £350.

2 Year Cap

You can save up your return for 1 year and then use that accumulated sum on one of the charity projects the following year.

100% Donation

We will not extract any admin fees away from your donation. 100% of your money will be sent to your chosen cause.
